Golden Temple - Amritsar

I was inspired today learning about the Sikhs, and we are visiting their most holy Golden Temple tomorrow.  They are warriors and are willing to fight to protect other’s rights and religious freedoms.  They are strict on the outside in terms of their diet (vegetarian), habits (no drinking or drugs), and relationships (only relations with their spouse).  And they are strict on the inside as well, using daily meditation to stay “clean” internally.  I have many of the outside disciplines, but I have been personally challenged to meditate on a daily basis.  This discipline has served me well in the past, and I will begin it again.
